Account Executive - Teemill

As an Account Executive at Teemill, you'll work closely with our Account Management team to support and grow relationships with some of the world's most exciting brands, creators, charities, and organisations. You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping clients get the most from our platform while coordinating campaigns and projects that drive real results. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Building Great Relationships

  • Supporting Account Managers in nurturing and growing client partnerships.
  • Becoming a friendly and trusted point of contact for client questions and requests.
  • Taking the time to understand client goals and helping find solutions that add genuine value.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve performance through website optimisation, marketing initiatives, and strategic recommendations.

Bringing Projects to Life

  • Helping plan, coordinate, and deliver campaigns and projects from concept to completion.
  • Working closely with our Marketing, Design, and Software Engineering teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Keeping projects moving forward and ensuring deadlines are met.

Driving Campaign Success

  • Supporting the launch and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring performance and sharing insights and updates with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensuring every campaign aligns with client objectives and exceeds expectations wherever possible.

Keeping Everything on Track

  • Maintaining accurate records of client communications, project progress, and campaign performance.
  • Assisting with reports, presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
  • Helping ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every touchpoint 

Experience

You might already have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, account management, marketing, events, or another people-focused role. Equally, if you're early in your career and can demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Experience working with clients, coordinating projects, or supporting marketing campaigns is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, stay organised, and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
