Salary: £14,586

Hours: 22 hours a week – 9 – 2:30 Monday, Tuesday & Friday (30-minute break) 9 – 4.30 Saturday (30-minute break)

Reporting to: Maintenance & Surveys Team Leader

With our brands Silver Arch Property Solutions, Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions and Silver Arch Facilities Solutions we manage holiday lets, second homes, residential lets and office premises. Our property management solutions include housekeeping, end of tenancy cleaning, planned and emergency maintenance, gas and electrical maintenance as well as compliance areas such as EPC’s, inventories and fire safety risk assessments.

The Role:

Due to significant growth, Silver Arch Group is recruiting an Office Administrator to cover 3 weekdays and every Saturday. The role is to support our Maintenance & Surveys Team Leader with dealing with day-to-day maintenance requests as well as field-based surveys.

This role will include, but is not limited to:

·       Answering calls and responding to emails from clients and contractors.

·     Organising urgent and planned maintenance for residential lets, holiday lets and commercial premises.

·      Updating our company systems and following up on maintenance tasks to ensure quotes have been provided and jobs have been completed.

·     Carrying out inspections on vacant properties in line with the property’s insurance requirements.

·   Carrying out inspections on residential let properties such as inventories, mid-term inspections, check-outs and check-ins.

·       Additional administration tasks as and when required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

-          A high level of attention to detail

-          Strong organisational skills

-          Ability to problem solve

-          Proactive and solution driven

-          Strong IT skills

All applicants must have:

-          A full, clean UK drivers license

-          Own vehicle for business travel (mileage claimed at 30p per mile)
