Mobile Cleaning Operative – Isle of Wight
We’re looking for a reliable, flexible Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our award-winning team at Top Mops. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work across multiple sites, and takes pride in delivering high cleaning standards.
About the Role

Working across a range of sites across the Isle of Wight
-
Covering cleaning duties for holiday, sickness, and high-demand periods
-
Cleaning in a variety of environments, including schools, venues and commercial buildings
-
Supporting teams where needed and sometimes working alone
-
Using company-provided equipment and vehicle to travel between sites
Hours & Pay
-
Monday to Saturday
-
40–48 hours per week

£26,561 – £31,873 per annum

Company van provided for work use

Able to manage their time well and work independently
