We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis,
with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play
a key role in maintaining a busy, vibrant visitor attraction, ensuring our site is safe, functional, and presented to the
highest standards.
About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of
maintenance operations across the site. You’ll lead by example, supervising the team and ensuring all areas are
safe, compliant, and ready for guests each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and allocation of daily maintenance tasks
- Supervise and lead maintenance operatives on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure the site and attractions are safe and ready to open daily
- Carry out and oversee maintenance, repairs, and site projects
- Complete and monitor maintenance and compliance checks
- Act as point of contact in the absence of the Maintenance Manage
- Support event setup, delivery, and de-rig
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Maintain safe working practices, signage, and tidy work areas
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and site presentation
- Stay up to date with Health & Safety legislation
About You
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- People-focused with good communication skills
- First Aid qualified (or willing to train)
- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Own transport (essential)
