About the Role
As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be a vital part of our team, helping to maintain high standards across various cleaning contracts throughout the Isle of Wight. This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to work in different locations while being supported by a professional and friendly team.
Key Details:
- Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for additional hours during busier periods
- Working Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Travel: Some travel to different sites required using your own vehicle (fuel allowance provided)
- Pay Rate: £13 - £15 per hour, depending on experience
- Job Type: Part-time, with potential to increase hours as needed
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Cleaning commercial and domestic properties to a high standard
- Using cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Handling manual tasks, including some heavy lifting and house clearances
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure exceptional service
About You – What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Cleaning Experience – At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, with a keen eye for detail
- Independence & Teamwork – Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a supportive team
- Physical Fitness – Comfortable handling heavy machinery and performing manual cleaning tasks
- Good Communication Skills – Friendly, professional, and able to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
- Reliability & Commitment – A strong work ethic, with excellent time management skills
- Full, Clean UK Driving Licence – Essential for travel between locations
