BUILDER'S REQUIRED!

• Self-employed
• Pay rate negotiable depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 8 - 16:30 working week
• In house training provided

We are seeking a multi-skilled builder who would have good knowledge and work to a high standard, working across trades and competent in a mixture of the below:

• Brick / Blockwork
• Carpentry / Kitchen Fitting
• Foundations / Underground Drainage
• Structural Work / Wall removal / Steels
• Working to Engineers drawings and alongside Building Control
• Knowledge of Building Regulations

Candidate MUST have:

• Own transport and tools
