We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate social media and marketing executive to join our team, and are looking for a brilliant individual to support the creation and delivery of social media, photography and videography across all media channels.
Key responsibilities
- Day to day management and responsibility for delivery of social media across all channels including creating, sourcing, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and engaging with key target audiences
- Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop targeted social media advertising campaigns, both organic and paid
- Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing to implement a long-term social media strategy, focused on lead generation and brand awareness
- Implementing a social media listening strategy to stay ahead of industry trends
- Keeping up-to-date with visitor trends and preferences, and understanding how different audiences like to be marketed to
- Managing the paid social media budget in conjunction with the monthly goals of the marketing team
- Updating image and video libraries ensuring permissions are adhered too
- Updating the Robin Hill website with relevant changes using our CMS system
- Creating, building, testing and sending marketing emails and reporting on performance
- Assisting the wider team with the creation of blog posts and case studies
- Contributing to the marketing teams core KPIs by increasing reach, engagement and lead generation from social platforms
- Responding to social media queries and developing discussions
- Analysing social media data and trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency
- Working with the marketing and wider team to promote overall brand through social channels.
Essential Skills and Experience
- To have an understanding of social media trends and experience of key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro
- GCSE English, Maths and Science to be Grade 4 (or equivalent) and above
- GCSE/A-Level or higher in Graphic Design or similar subject
- Excellent written English and a natural flair for writing
- Ability to future plan and work months in advance, but also have the flexibility to integrate ad hoc content into the social media strategy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Desirable Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Understanding of WordPress CMS or similar website backend portals
- A passion for photography and videography
- Confidence when speaking to people at all levels
- Confident in taking photos and video of members of the public
- Knowledge of iMovie or PremierPro or similar
Personal Attributes
- Enthusiasm to learn about marketing and communications
- Interest in digital marketing
- Aptitude to pick up new software systems quickly
- Good writing and proof-reading skills
- Ability to contribute marketing ideas to support campaign strategy
- Capacity to work on multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
