We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join our professional maintenance team to keep our park looking beautiful. If you are a general builder or a specialist in plumbing, carpentry or groundwork, we would like to hear from you.

Essential Skills and Experience

·        Proven practical experience within your trade, or general maintenance

·        Practical knowledge of safe working practices and a history of working safely

·        Comfortable working within a team environment

·        Good communication skills

 ·       Good organisational skills with the capacity to work on a variety of projects, often unsupervised.

·        Ability to prioritise workloads

·        Full valid driving licence
