We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take ownership of our food offering, delivering high-quality dishes and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, from menu development to team leadership. You will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team
• Design and develop seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with management to deliver an exceptional guest experience

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for food and creativity in menu design
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
