This is a role for an Office Administrator based at our office in Sandown on the Isle of Wight.
The Office Administrator will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling client enquiries by telephone and email, scheduling appointments, and supporting out lawyers. They will support the legal team with documentation, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
Strong organisational, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
ADMIN TASKS
To include but not limited to:
1) Answering the telephone
2) Responding to email enquiries
3) Record keeping
4) Arranging appointments and meetings for fee earners
5) Opening files using case management software
6) Completing ID checks online
7) Recording information about prospective clients
8) Drafting customer care letters
9) Reviewing online forms
10) Scanning documents
11) Archiving
12) Drafting letters from templates as directed by fee earner
Hours
Monday to Friday - 9:30am - 2:30pm
Salary
£16,250 per annum
