We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy property team.

An example of what you will be doing (not exhaustive):

·         Providing assistance to our Property Team with all aspects of a property transactions

·         Providing assistance to our Completions Fee Earner after contracts are exchanged

·         Post completion work

·         Dealing with calls and enquires on the telephone and when clients visit the office

·         Using the conveyancing checklist to ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with the conveyancing procedures

·         AML checks

·         Searches

This role is full time hours 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
