What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering care to our clients and building strong relationships.
• Reviewing care plans and conducting quality checks with clients and their families.
• Supporting carers with supervisions (and enjoying coffee and cake while you’re at it!).
• Carrying out audits and ensuring our high standards are met.
• Overseeing new carers by providing shadowing opportunities and assisting with onboarding.
• Introducing carers to new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Alternate weekends required.
• Taking on on-call duties approximately 1 in 5 weeks, including covering holidays or sickness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in a care setting
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
• Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and families
• Valid driving licence to facilitate transportation needs
• Familiarity with care practices
• Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
• You should have access to reliable transport as some of our clients live in rural locations.
