What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering care to our clients and building strong relationships.
- Reviewing care plans and conducting quality checks with clients and their families.
- Supporting carers with supervisions (and enjoying coffee and cake while you’re at it!).
- Carrying out audits and ensuring our high standards are met.
- Overseeing new carers by providing shadowing opportunities and assisting with onboarding.
- Introducing carers to new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Alternate weekends required.
- Taking on on-call duties approximately 1 in 5 weeks, including covering holidays or sickness.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in a care setting
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
- Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and families
- Valid driving licence to facilitate transportation needs
- Familiarity with care practices
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
- You should have access to reliable transport as some of our clients live in rural locations.
