?? Support Workers Wanted – Community & Complex Care | Isle of Wight

Milford Del Support Services is looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our Community and Complex Care teams across the Isle of Wight.

Full-time and part-time roles are available.

• Community Support Workers: £13.00 per hour. A full UK driving licence is required for Community roles, and mileage is paid.

• Complex Care Support Workers: £13.80 per hour. Full-time roles include one sleep-in each week alongside 40 hours.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support, encourage independence, build meaningful relationships and help people take part in activities they enjoy.
