Are you someone who believes in the power of dignity, choice and independence? Do you have a heart for helping others live life to the fullest? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our team as a Support Worker.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing both reablement support and longer-term care for individuals at our centre. Your mission? To help people regain or maintain their independence by promoting daily living skills and offering compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll be supporting individuals in line with their personal support and goal plans—offering not just practical help, but emotional encouragement and genuine connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with people, not for them—empowering individuals to do as much as they can for themselves
  • Delivering personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime support
  • Following individual support plans and updating senior staff to ensure care remains relevant and responsive
  • Supporting safe mobility and administering prescribed medication in line with best practice
  • Keeping accurate, detailed records to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Being a trusted presence—someone who listens, encourages, and uplifts

What We’re Looking For

  • A compassionate, respectful approach to care
  • A commitment to promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • A team player who’s also confident working independently
  • Experience in care is welcome, but not essential—we provide full training

What You’ll Get in Return

  • A supportive, inclusive working environment
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives, every single day
