We’re Hiring: Children’s Complex Care Support Workers – Isle of Wight

About the Role:This is hands-on, meaningful work where you’ll support
children in their day-to-day routines—building trust,
promoting independence, and offering structure and
reassurance. Each child is unique, and your support
will help them thrive.
Shifts available:
Day shifts Evening shifts Wakeful night shifts Weekends(We’re happy to discuss your availability)
Pay:Hourly rates from £16.80 - £17.90
Location:Isle of Wight – in-person only

Requirements – You Must:Have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer
sponsorship)
Have experience supporting children or
young people in a care, school, or health setting
Be committed to child safeguarding and professional
boundaries
Hold or be willing to complete:
• Enhanced DBS (Children’s and Adults Workforce)
• Safeguarding Children training
• Child Development and/or Behaviour Management
training
• First Aid or Paediatric First Aid
• Medication training (where required)
Be confident with clear documentation and following
care plans
Have the emotional resilience to support children
through challenges and behaviours
Work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and
professionals
Be consistent, reliable, and child-focused
