We are seeking a compassionate and experienced senior carer and also a care support worker to join our night team and contribute to delivering high quality care. We are looking for a reliable and competent individual to join our amazing team in a beautiful homely setting, which is recommended by many as an excellent home. Car parking facilities on site.

Key resposibilities will involve leading and supervising the care staff to ensure our residents continue to recieve outstanding care. 

Assist with the  care needs of the residents this will involve supporting in personal care, medicaiton administration and personal support. 

You will be responsible for the physical, emotional and personal care needs of our residents in a kind, caring, trustworthy and respectful manner; preserving dignity and self-respect at all times.

You will assist with the implementation of care plans, and work in collaboration with healthcare professionals. 

Requirements require previous experience in a senior carer or similar role and experience in care for the support worker role, also would be preferred to hold NVQ / QCF Level 3 In Health and Social Care (or working to towards) for the senior role.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
