We’re Hiring: Senior Carer 

Location: Victoria House Care Home, Ryde

Hours: Full-time / Days / 7am-7pm shifts

We’re looking for a Senior Carer to join our friendly, supportive team and help deliver outstanding care to our residents every single day.

About the Role:

As a Senior Carer, you’ll:

• Lead by example and support the care team on shift
• Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred, high-quality care
• Oversee medication, and complete daily handovers
• Support, mentor, and guide junior staff
• Work closely with management, families, and professionals
• Help maintain high standards in line with CQC and company values

 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in a Senior Carer or experienced Care Assistant role
• Is confident with medication, documentation, and leading shifts
• Is kind, calm, organised, and reliable
• Cares deeply about dignity, respect, and quality of life
• Can stay cool under pressure and make good decisions
• Has (or is willing to work towards) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
