Are you a senior carer, with proven experience in Dementia care, looking for a new role?
Are you an experienced Head of Care, looking for a new post?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Head of Care position, offering compassionate, person-centered residential and dementia care.
You will be leading and supporting our care team to provide the highest quality of care and leading on clinical issues. The role holds the responsibility for effective care planning and risk assessing, and you will ensure high standards of care are achieved, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
The Role:
This is a full time position working 36-48 hours a week, including alternate weekends
About you
- A passion for delivering excellent care
- A minimum of Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care
- Demonstrated supervising experience in a care setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a care team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
- Premium skills in driving and experience in senior care
- Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care
- Sound dementia knowledge
- Familiarity with IT systems in a care home environment
