Head of Care

Make a real difference in people's lives! We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to lead our care team in providing exceptional, person-centered residential and dementia care. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the lives of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. You'll be responsible for clinical leadership, effective care planning, and risk assessment, all while fostering a supportive and positive environment. The Role:

We will consider full time and part time applicants. Working 24-48 hours a week, including alternate weekends

We're Looking For:

  • A passionate and dedicated individual committed to providing exceptional care.
  • A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Adult Health and Social Care.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a care team.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in developing and implementing person-centered care plans.
  • A consistent record of delivering high-quality care in a care home environment.
  • Sound knowledge of dementia care practices.
  • Competency with IT systems used in a care home environment is advatageous but not essential.
