Pay: £14.00 per hour
Holiday: 5.6 weeks annual leave plus an extra day off for your birthday
Mileage: 45p per mile reimbursed
Hours: Monday–Friday, blending structured office time with field support
On-Call: Every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday), buddied up with another colleague for one service area and 1 evening in the week
Kit Provided: Laptop and phone
Training: Full induction and ongoing training included

What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and making people feel valued
A confident communicator with solid IT skills
A driver with at least 2 years’ experience in community care or supported living
Someone who reflects, learns, and grows when things don’t go perfectly
A positive, proactive attitude — and a good sense of humour doesn’t hurt!
