The Role

Our outstanding Outreach Services are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our team. Your role will predominately be 20 hours quality assurance and 20 hours support work. The role is diverse with a lot of structured support to assist you to grow and develop towards future progression. This role would suit a current highly experienced Support Worker, or an existing Senior Support Worker, looking for opportunities to develop and grow.

The successful candidate will have a caring and positive attitude who is a great team player that understands the needs of the whole team are pivotal to the wider service achieving the best outcomes. Excellent communication skills are a must, alongside a good level of IT skills. Applicants should have experience in care with a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). A driving licence is preferable for the role (company vehicles can be used as required) and candidates must have flexibility to complete some structured on-call (one in three weekends plus one day in the week).
