We’re looking for a Fees & Finance Assistant to manage and track client fees, support managers with funding discussions, and ensure payments are accurate and timely. You’ll liaise with local authorities, social workers, and internal teams to make sure our fee arrangements are in line with the level of support the clients receive.
What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update fee records and care hours
- Monitor income, chase outstanding payments, and flag issues
- Support fee negotiations and attend care reviews
- Use financial tools to provide accurate reports and advice
Who we’re looking for:
- Confident with numbers and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Professional communicator who can liaise internally and externally
- Previous finance or admin experience, ideally in care or billing
