This growth has led to the exciting opportunity to bring on board a Deputy Service Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional support and care.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Maximus Support Services. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our support services, assisting individuals with complex needs and diagnoses alongside the Registered Manager. Your role will include driving the development of our organisation to deliver outstanding support for the individuals in our care.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £35,000 (dependent on experience and skills)
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks
- On-Call Payment: £210 per week (based on service needs). This excludes payment for hours worked during on-call duties beyond administrative responsibilities. Full support is provided while you are on call.
