We are looking for an experienced and motivated Contact Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

This role plays a critical part in supervising and supporting contact arrangements during family time sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise contact sessions between children and their families, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
• Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and confidentiality during contact sessions.
• Communicate with families, social workers, and relevant professionals to ensure appropriate support and coordination of services.
• Write and maintain accurate reports and documentation in line with Tidal’s guidelines.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during contact, reporting concerns to senior management as necessary.
• Provide emotional support to families and individuals during contact sessions, where needed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
