As a Support Worker, you will be:

• Providing care and support to clients in their own homes and in the community
• Assisting individuals with a variety of needs in day-to-day living
• Encouraging independence and celebrating achievements
• Engaging in fun, creative, and rewarding activities with the people you support

   

• ?? Full UK Driving Licence
• ?? At least 1 year of care experience
• ? Flexibility to work varied shifts

• ?? 2-week set rolling rota for consistency
• ?? 5.6 weeks annual leave

Shifts and Hours Available:
We offer a variety of working patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:

• Full-time hours – 40 per week (overtime available)
• Part-time hours – 20 per week (overtime available)
• Day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts
• Sleep-ins and wake nights (with enhancements)
