Community Night Support Worker – Isle of Wight

We’re recruiting for our growing Community Night Support Worker team!

Role

Based across Ryde, Newport, Sandown and Shanklin, you’ll work set shifts of at least 2 nights per week (12 hours per shift), including weekend nights every other weekend.

This role is perfect for someone with strong care experience looking to take the next step in their career, with a supportive and nurturing leadership team around them.

Salary & Benefits

• £12.50 – £14.50 per hour (dependant on experience and skills)

• 5.6 weeks annual leave

• 1.5x hourly rate on Bank Holidays (if required to work)
