Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the care team including regular supervisions, spot checks, performance managing and audits                            
• Keep the team motivated and supported as they deliver outstanding care. 
• Provide care to your own clients and set the highest example for your team
• Ensure regular communication, deliver reports and reviews
• Work closely with the management team to help us expand and take on new clients,ensuring we continue providing a reliable service.

What we offer:

• 30 hours per week
• Set shifts available
• £13.25-£13.50 Hourly Rate enhanced weekend and Bank Holiday rates.
• 5.6 weeks Paid Holiday
• Mileage and travel time between visits paid.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 Preferably.

A driving license and access to a car for work is essential for this role.
