What You'll Be Doing
As a Health Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with dignity, kindness, and respect.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
? Supporting residents with toileting and continence care
? Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
? Helping residents enjoy nutritious meals and stay hydrated
? Providing companionship and emotional support
? Supporting people living with dementia using a person-centred approach
? Encouraging independence while promoting safety and wellbeing
? Taking residents on outings, appointments, and community trips
? Supporting activities that promote happiness and social engagement
? Recording care accurately and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Experience & QualificationsEssential
- A caring and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete training
Desirable
- Previous experience in Residential Care, Dementia Care, or Healthcare
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Moving & Handling training
- Medication training
- Dementia care experience
