Teaching and Learning Manager

Salary up to £45,100 per annum based on experience and qualifications

39 hours per week (reduce to 37 hours per week from 1st August 2026 with no change in salary)

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Teaching and Learning Manager to lead some of our top performing departments including, Business, Beauty, Hairdressing and Catering.  This is a unique opportunity to build on strong foundations and shape the future of a thriving curriculum area, with exciting scope to expand into adult learning and Higher Education provision.

About the Role

As Teaching and Learning Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.

Design, develop and review innovative programmes across FE, work-based learning, and commercial provision.

Ensure all learners receive inclusive, high-quality education that supports achievement, progression, and positive outcomes.

Drive high standards and continuous improvement across the curriculum.

Play a pivotal role in expanding our offer, particularly into adult and higher-level pathways.

We are looking for a collaborative, innovative manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You’ll have experience of delivering excellent outcomes for learners and the skills to work with staff and stakeholders to keep our curriculum current, ambitious and industry-relevant.
