Business Overview
A small, owner-run commercial property letting and development business based on the Isle of Wight, managing a growing portfolio of properties and projects.
Role Overview
The business is seeking an experienced Senior PA / Office Manager to support during a period of growth. The initial focus of the role will be a defined project to review, organise, and improve office systems and administration. Subject to fit and business needs, the role may develop into ongoing part-time support.
The role involves working closely with the business owner and requires a high degree of trust, discretion, and independent working.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and organise existing office administration and systems
- Set up and maintain effective digital (and some paper) filing systems
- Improve administrative workflows and day-to-day processes
- Support tracking of key dates, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Organise property-related records and documentation
- Produce simple process notes or guides to support ongoing use
- Provide general PA / administrative support during the setup phase
- Occasional light personal administrative support for the business owner (secondary to business needs)
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Senior PA, Office Manager, or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Confident using standard office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
