We are seeking a Secretary to support our Isle of Wight team based at our Newport office.

The successful candidate will be qualified to RSA stage 2 or above and demonstrate a good all round education including GCSE English grade B or equivalent.

Previous secretarial experience with audio typing is essential together with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a team player with a friendly nature who will also share reception and other administrative duties and typing of property valuation and survey reports.

Previous employment experience within a surveying or similar environment producing large, accurate reports would be an advantage.

Based in our Newport office, we need to recruit a new Secretary to work as part of our current team of 2 Surveyors and a full time Secretary. 

There may be scope for the right candidate to assist with our commercial and residential property management instructions, especially if the candidate has previous experience in that field.

The post is for 30 hours per week, with flexibility over working hours, or a full time post may be considered.

Salary according to experience.
