WRS seeks an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our ever-expanding team. WRS is a leading provider of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) solutions dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations, enhance customer service and boost efficiency. We offer innovative EPOS software and hardware solutions designed to meet the unique needs of companies, primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors.
As a WRS Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in driving new business opportunities, supporting the Sales Team Manager, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing prospective client relationships, identifying sales leads, and maintaining well-organised administrative records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
The position requires travel to represent WRS at client meetings and events. A full clean driving licence is essential. We are offering a competitive salary plus commission.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

Collaborate with relevant departments to create effective sales handovers

Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Essential Qualities

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
