Vikoma is a world leading environmental business. We design and manufactures of oil spill response and oil recovery equipment. Our expert team of 60 supports an international market from an Isle of Wight based facility.

Based in East Cowes Isle of Wight, this is a busy and key role supporting our sales managers with the preparation of quotations, tenders and then follow through to order processing, ensuring all information is captured and distributed to the production team to enable equipment to be manufactured. Other tasks include administration for marketing and our environmental credentials.
We can offer you a permanent contract working a 38 hour week (or 34 hours per week to offer flexiblility but this would require working on 5 days Monday to Friday).

Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations
- Sales order processing
- Maintenance of ERP system and contact database
- Marketing literature preparation and website administration
- Collation of information for tenders
- Liaison with customers and internal departments
Desired skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent use of IT including Microsoft software (Excel essential)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team member as well as individually
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
The role will involve the use of a few different computer packages and training will be provided.
