We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our highly motivated team as a Response Coordinator. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality support to people in the community.

Job Purpose

As a Response Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and implement weekly work schedules for a large team of community support workers.
  • Liaise with the people we support, staff, and professionals to ensure care is delivered effectively and compassionately.
  • Provide administrative support within the office, including handling calls and maintaining clear communication across the service.
  • Occasionally undertake direct care duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Has strong IT skills, including experience with electronic rostering systems or Excel.
  • Can communicate clearly and empathetically with individuals and teams.
  • Has a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Is literate and numerate, with practical experience in a relevant work environment.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to explain technical or legislative information with clarity.
  • Experience in managing schedules and responding to service needs flexibly.
  • Knowledge of ICT systems and accurate record-keeping.
