Role: Production administrator
Salary range: £25,500 - £27,500 for 38 hour week, depending on experience.
Contract Type: Full Time 38 hours (34 hours considered).
Vikoma is a world leading environmental business. We design and manufacture oil spill response and oil recovery equipment. Our expert team of 60 supports an international market from our Isle of Wight based facility.

Based in East Cowes Isle of Wight, this is a busy and key role providing our production and operations activities with a wide range of administration support.
We can offer you a permanent contract working a 38 hour week at our offices in East Cowes (or 34 hours per week to offer flexibility but this would require working on 5 days Monday to Friday).

Main responsibilities:
- Collation and input of timesheets into ERP system
- Printing and collating equipment manuals.
- Printing job cards, drawing and other documentation needed by the production team to enable equipment to be manufactured.
- Recording training in the training records
- Control, printing and processing of labels for equipment
- Ensure company quality procedures are being followed
- Provide cover for other departments.
Desired skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Attention to detail as accuracy of information which is vital for all aspects of role
- Competent use of IT including Microsoft software (Excel essential)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team member as well as individually
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
The role will involve the use of our MRP system for which training will be provided.
