We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our People team on a part-time, job-share basis. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our employee lifecycle, supporting the systems, processes and experiences that enable our teams to perform at their best. The Role
This is a broad generalist support role, responsible for ensuring our day-to-day HR and recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently and compliantly. You’ll be a key part of delivering a professional, responsive People service across the business.
You won’t just “do admin” — you’ll help maintain the infrastructure that supports performance, growth and a strong employee experience.
HR Operations
- Manage the full new starter process — contracts, onboarding administration and inductions
- Coordinate key lifecycle milestones (probations, sickness absence tracking, performance reviews)
- Manage the leaver process including exit interviews and documentation
- Maintain accurate, compliant HR and recruitment records in line with data protection requirements
- Update and manage employee files and HR systems Support investigations and disciplinary processes with accurate documentation
- Act as a reliable first point of contact for general HR queries
Recruitment & Talent
- Support Post vacancies across job boards, social platforms and our website
- Screen applications and support shortlisting in line with role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage logistics efficiently
- Maintain candidate records within the ATS Support with offer documentation and contracts
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring
Learning & Development
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and development initiatives
- Maintain training records and support tracking of learning activity
