Guardian Technologies is a new telecommunications company that is setting up its headquarters on the Isle of Wight.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Customer Support Manager to set up and manage the company's UK customer support department. This is a permanent position.

You will recruit additional support personnel as required and work closely with our Finance sales, marketing and technical teams. Remuneration is negotiable and advancement within our growing company is available for the right candidate.

Benefits include travel allowance, healthcare, bonus, and membership of the Companies share incentive scheme. A degree/qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience in customer care/support would be a considerable benefit.
