Building 41 is the exciting new location for business on the Isle of Wight, offering coworking spaces, office suites, meeting rooms, as well as acting as a base for business support and networking opportunities.
We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated, and outward-going person to join our small and supportive team. As the Marketing and Admin Coordinator at Building 41, you will play a key role in supporting the Isle of Wight Council’s Economic Development department. This role requires a balanced focus on marketing initiatives and administrative support, including reception cover.
Marketing: You will be responsible for attracting and retaining members and promoting our services through managing the social media accounts, developing and implementing marketing content, and creating marketing materials.
Administrative services: You will be the professional and friendly face of Building 41, providing excellent customer service on reception. Duties will include greeting customers, managing bookings, responding to enquiries, answering the phone, conducting tours, coordinating events, day-to-day facility management, and providing the Economic Development team with project admin support when necessary.
This is a full-time in-person role based at Building 41. The facility is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. There will be occasional requirements to work flexibility for out-of-hours events.
