We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our caring, dynamic, and knowledgeable Housing Needs and Homelessness team.

This role provides administrative support to the Housing Solutions Team who are responsible for delivery of the council’s statutory duties to prevent homelessness or accommodate persons who are homeless. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service, is a great communicator and highly organised with a good eye for detail and accuracy.  Previous experience in an administration or financial environment is essential, and you should also have:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience of meeting deadlines and / or targets
  • Sound ICT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
