36.25 hours per week, Term time only
We are looking to appoint a self motivated and well organised Front of House Receptionist/Admin to be the first point of contact for parents/carers and visitors at our primary site, representing our school in a professional and friendly manner.
The successful candidate will have exceptional administration and communication skills; an exemplary professional manner; a caring approach; and strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills, to be able to provide an efficient and responsive administrative support service. You will deal within coming and outgoing post; assist with queries from students; answering the telephone and communicating messages/directing calls where appropriate; ensure all visitors sign in and are aware of safeguarding and fire evacuation requirements; and assist with general office duties providing routine administrative support to the school office.
We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You must be passionate about supporting our pupils,enjoy working as part of a busy and fast-paced office environment, and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
