As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Data Team Administrator to join our team, and play a key role in our Data Department.
The Role
As a Data Team Administrator, you will be working closely supporting the Data Manager and team with ensuring data requests are completed with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Your main objective will be to efficiently complete data requests for our clients, meeting individual service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing customers by answering queries, making data changes, and improving their experience with the EPOS system.

Work with new customers to ensure accurate data submission for setting up their databases.

Follow up with customers to gather any missing information needed for data setup.

Maintain high standards in all tasks, offering advice and alternative solutions when needed.
- Participate in team catch-ups to share progress and ideas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of IT systems; experience with EPOS or CRM systems is a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
