About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at the start of the 2025 season. In this role, you will support our commercial operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and inventory levels.
• Support the commercial mailboxes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and process customer onboarding documentation.
• Support the commercial team with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Key Competencies, skills, and behaviors for the role:

• Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service and resolution skills.
• Adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Demonstrates good time keeping.
• Able to take direction well.

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm.
