As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Client Relations Executive to join our team and play a key role in fostering client satisfaction and business success.
The Role
As a Client Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your main objective will be to maintain and enhance client relationships, drive customer loyalty, and support business growth through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans and timelines.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on client goals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Maintain documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up plans.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products/services.

Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve our offerings.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare reports on client activity and satisfaction levels.
Requirements

Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, customer service, or project/account management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical proficiency.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
