This role has an office base in County Hall, Newport, IOW; however, duties are undertaken across Council car parks Island-wide
The role provides an essential function for the Council's Parking Services section working across the Isle of Wight collecting coins from the Council's pay and display machines.
The post holder will usually be working as part of a small team and should be competent in collecting, counting the cash, recording the details accurately and preparing the coin and associated paperwork ready for collection by a bulk coin carrier.
The post holder will also transport cash in a safe and vigilant manner from various Isle of Wight Council service areas.
