Unitspark are an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering contractor working within the UK construction industry, mainly within Water Utilities, delivering specialist projects with individual values ranging from c£1K to c£1M.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our administrative systems and business operations. This role has the potential to become a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be a skilled administrative professional with excellent organisational and communication skills. They will be required to liaise confidently and professionally with both internal colleagues at all levels of the business and external clients, contractors and suppliers, maintaining a courteous and professional approach at all times.
The Role
Typical (non-exhaustive) duties may include: -
- Completing project-related administration and relevant documentation.
- Weekly meetings with the assigned Project Manager for job progress evaluation
- Provide administration support to the assigned project managers
- Ensuring the project information in Sage is up to date
- Booking hotels and deliveries as required by the assigned PM’s
- Raising PO’s and placing orders in line with requests from the assigned project managers
- Assisting other company PM’s as required and cover admin team holidays and absence
- Ensuring 100% data accuracy within the business systems
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
