We are recruiting for a Business Administrator at Indigo Graphics to assist with a range of duties in our busy and friendly office in Newport.
On offer is an hourly rate of £12.80 per hour and flexible hours of between 16-21 hours per week which can be spread over the week or over two days within 9-5.
Main duties
First person for phone calls
First person for walk in clients
Check any works to notify clients they are ready
Weekly statement of invoices update and send – we will still do the invoices when we can, but they would make sure they clients have received and check on these.
Weekly check and chase on outstanding invoices
Post receipts to accountant
Keep records of transactions, monies in and out.
Ordering items as asked – stationary/blades/cleaner etc
Check and respond to emails and process, or pass on if necessary
Provided a price guide for call enquires and walk ins.
Standard supplies check and order – coffee/milk/toilet roll/ app tape/ eyelets etc.
Pre design work, set up files for first stage design to quote.
16-21 hours a week.
