Project Coordinator – WRS Systems
WRS seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our ever-expanding team based in Newport on the Isle of Wight.

The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a crucial role in managing and supporting projects related to the implementation and maintenance of EPOS systems projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
