About the role

As a Senior Lead Care assistance at The Limes, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a dedicated team of Care Assistants.  You will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person centred care, being mindful of each client’s age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and spiritual needs.  You will be responsible for the smooth-running a of shift and supporting your team, administering medication, working with outside professionals, liaising with GP’s, District Nurses etc. 

The position is to cover 3 to 4 nights per week (36 to 48 hours).

Night Shifts:

19:45 – 08:00

About you

You will hold a NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

You will have had experience of working within elderly care.  Dedicated and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your person centred, thoughtful approach to care.
