We are looking for two Community & Event Fundraisers to run our fundraising events and community talks. It is a busy and fun role as part of the charity team.

It involves working weekends and some evenings as we attend fetes, fairs and galas throughout the year, particularly in the summer, and give talks to a whole range of groups.

It includes preparation, booking, publicising and sorting fundraising stock. You must be able to lift boxes, drive a Trafic van and put up gazebos.

You will need to be a good communicator - able to talk with our supporters and our encourage our volunteers.

Ability Dogs 4 Young People IoW

Ability Dogs 4 Young People is an Isle of Wight charity (started April 2012), training assistance dogs to enhance the independence of disabled young people and children living on the Isle of Wight. We are training Ability Dogs to help with physical and mental disabilities, including cerebral palsy, autism, diabetes and epilepsy.
