About the Role:
I am seeking a highly organised, proactive, and creative Assistant & Events Coordinator with an interest in business development to help manage events while supporting the development of a new clothing brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in the events industry, and enjoys bringing new ideas to life.
You will be involved in event planning, logistics, marketing, and the development of a new British country clothing brand which will hold its own events. From aiding with coordinating suppliers for exclusive manor house events to assisting with branding and growth strategies, this role is ideal for someone who loves a job that involves something different every day and where they can put their own ideas forward and watch them come to life.
This job will hold endless opportunities for growth and could possibly grow to a full time position.
This job will come with plenty of support and guidance as the business is very unique. We will work closely together. The job descriptions below are jobs you would assist with and not take on as a solo responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
-Assist in planning and executing events which involves liaising with venues, suppliers, entertainment providers, and guests. Aiding the management of event schedules, run sheets, and logistics.
Business Development Support:
-Aid with emails, scheduling, and travel arrangements, budgeting and general admin tasks.
- Be a right-hand person in keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Need:
-Event planning, coordination, hospitality experience or something similar
-Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
-Creativity and a problem-solving mindset
-Ability to remain calm under pressure in busy environments
-Experience in marketing, PR, or business development is a bonus
-A passion for creating and thinking outside of the box
Salary & Details:
£15 per hour
2-3 days per week
Hours can be flexible, but includes weekend event days.
Travel: Occasional travel for event site visits which may include traveling abroad. We have 4 events taking place in France in summer 2025 which will involve a one week trip.
All travel and accommodation will be covered.
