Albert Cottage is a beautiful boutique hotel with function and event facilities set in 2.5 acres of stunning grounds.
In addition to looking after the hotel guests we host bespoke weddings, functions, parties and immersive events. The venue is stylish and elegant and the atmosphere lively and vibrant.
We have an exceptionally busy season planned and are looking to add to our professional and friendly team.
We are recruiting for Front of House restaurant, bar and event support staff and looking for individuals that want to deliver excellent service and customer care as the norm; the positions we have available are:
1. One full time permanent person (shifts to range across the week, including evenings and weekends 40 hours per week)
2. Two part time permanent staff (20 - 24 hours a week) most Friday to Sunday shifts.
3. Casual function staff (usually Friday and/or Saturday night and Sunday day as and when required)
At least two years experience in an hospitality environment preferred.

The Role
As part of our hospitality team, you'll be involved in:
- Providing warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Serving food and drinks in the restaurant, bar, and at events.
- Assisting with weddings, private functions, and exclusive-use celebrations.
- Preparing event spaces and ensuring everything is ready for service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
